Description:

This position is part-time, non-exempt, and is covered under the Saint Joseph County Employee Policy Manual.

Essential Functions:

 Deputy Public Defender handling Misdemeanor cases in the St. Joseph Superior Court

Qualifications: 

Licensed Indiana Attorney in Good Standing with the Indiana Supreme Court.  Some experience in the Misdemeanor Court is preferred.
