Incumbent serves as Supervisor of the Juvenile Division of St, Joseph County Public Defenders

Responsibilities
Supervise and direct public defenders in CHINS and Juvenile Delinquency Cases,
Represent public defense clients in CHINS and Juvenile Delinquency Cases.
Serve as a liaison between the Probate Court Judiciary and the St. Joseh County Public Defender’s Office.
Keep and maintain records of Public Defender case assignments in CHINS and Juvenile Delinquency Cases.
Qualifications
Must be licensed to Practice Law in the State of Indiana.
Five or more years of experience in handling CHINS and Juvenile Delinquency cases.
Prior management experience preferred
Education/Experience
Licensed Indiana Attorney in Good Standing with the Indiana Supreme Court. Public Defender qualifications available at Public Defender Office
